Building Women-Led Coffee Communities

AWICI Mashinani is a transformative grassroots program designed to integrate women farmers into every stage of the coffee value chain, from farm to market.

We work directly with women in rural Kenyan communities, providing them with the training, resources, and networks they need to become leaders in sustainable coffee production, cooperative governance, and climate-resilient farming.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and access to markets, we’re not just improving livelihoods – we’re re-imagining the future of coffee as one that is equitable, sustainable, and community-driven.
